Last updated: December 2025These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which I provide coaching, hypnotherapy, and digital products. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.1. Services Provided
I offer:
- Coaching sessions.
- Hypnotherapy sessions.
- Digital self-help products.
- Hypnosis audio recordings.
- Hypnosis scripts for coaches.
- Educational materials.These services support personal development. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use my services or purchase products. I do not work with minors.3. Booking and Appointments
Sessions must be booked through my booking system. All times are shown in Australian Eastern Time unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for attending your appointment on time.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full session fee being charged.
- Missed appointments may be charged at full price.If I need to reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible.5. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments for digital products are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Gumroad. These providers have their own terms of service.6. Refund Policy
Coaching and hypnotherapy services:
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.Digital products:
Digital products are delivered instantly. Refunds are only offered if:
- The file is faulty, or
- The product was not delivered correctly.Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use services and products safely.
- Seek medical or psychological care when needed.
- Not use hypnosis tracks while driving or operating machinery.
- Understand that results vary between individuals.Your results depend on your engagement and personal circumstances.8. Confidentiality
I keep your information confidential as outlined in my Privacy Policy. Exceptions occur only if required by law, if there is risk of harm, or if de-identified information is used in supervision.9. Risk and Disclaimer
Coaching and hypnotherapy support personal growth. They do not replace medical or psychological treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions. No results are guaranteed.10. Digital Products and Intellectual Property
All digital products, hypnosis tracks, scripts, and written materials are protected by copyright.When you purchase a product, you receive a single-user licence for your personal use only.You may NOT:
- Share the product with anyone.
- Forward, email, or send the product to another person.
- Give the product to other coaches, clients, or practitioners.
- Upload the product online or store it in shared folders.
- Reproduce, copy, modify, or adapt the content.
- Sell, resell, or redistribute any part of the product.
- Use the content to teach or create your own training materials.All rights are reserved. Unauthorised sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.Coaches who purchase scripts may use them only with their own clients, and only as written. They may not resell them, share them, or present them as their own intellectual property.11. Website Use
You must not use the website in a way that disrupts the site, attempts unauthorised access, or damages the content. I may refuse service if misuse occurs.12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- I am not liable for losses resulting from your use of services or products.
- I am not responsible for technical issues outside my control.
- I am not liable for decisions you make based on coaching, hypnotherapy, or digital resources.Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.13. Termination of Service
I may end the coaching or hypnotherapy relationship if:
- The work is no longer appropriate.
- Boundaries are breached.
